This set of machine is used for double-side flanging of the muffler cylinder body, the both ends of the cylinder body can be flanged at the same time, each single end uses a dedicated mould. When adjusted and replaced mould, it can process flanging of different size and shape.

Processing range

1.     Shell body OD range：Ø 139- Ø 295mm

2.    Shell body length range：250-500mm。

3.     Outer barrel board wall thickness: 1.0-1.5mm

4.     Materials: SUS409、 SUS436、SUS304

5.    The machine is applicable for ladder-shape, oval and triangle process. Moulds and related parts need to be specially designed and manufactured. The outer contour diameter range is Ø 139- Ø295mm.

Processing quality：                                               

              1.   No obvious scratches on the outer surface of the product.

              2.   No damage to flanging processing part.

              3.   Flange width is 6±1mm.

              4.   There is a gap in the flanging processing, and its shape conforms to the drawing requirements.

              5.   The size and the shape of product conform to the drawing provided by customers.

Productivity:
